- What is the Company's financial year end?
The Company's end of financial year is the 30th of June.
- When will the AGM be held?
An Australian listed company is required to hold its annual general meeting within five months of its financial year end. Accordingly shareholders will be notified in the months of September or October, approximately 28 days in advance of when and where the AGM will be held. Typically, Noxopharm holds its AGM in mid-late November each year.
- Who are the auditors?

- What is the dividend policy?
The Company does not currently have a dividend policy in place. It is the Company’s intention to fully commercialise its drug candidates through a number of potential avenues, and to reinvest any future profits in order to grow the business. The Board reviews its growth strategy and potential commercial opportunities at regular meetings and assesses them against the Company’s working capital requirements and growth opportunities.

Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) = Australia’s primary securities exchange. It is sometimes referred to outside Australia as the Sydney Stock Exchange.
Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) = an independent Australian government body that acts as Australia’s corporate regulator.
The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) = the regulatory body that governs therapeutic goods in Australia.
Investigational New Drug (IND) Application = a request for authorization from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to start human clinical trials and to ship an experimental drug across state lines.
Orphan Drug Designation (ODD) = a status granted by the FDA or EMA to a pharmaceutical agent developed to treat a rare medical condition.
European Medicines Agency (EMA) = the regulatory body that oversees evaluation of medicinal products throughout Europe.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) = a federal agency of the United States Department of Health and Human Services responsible for protecting public health through the control and supervision of specific products, including pharmaceuticals.
Holder Identification Number (HIN) = a unique number that is issued to you by ASX when you become a client of a broker under which all of an individual’s holdings are consolidated.
Annual General Meeting (AGM) = the yearly meeting of a general organization or membership.
Shareholder Reference Number (SRN) = used to identify shares that you own in a company. A different SRN is issued for each company you own shares in. You can find your SRN number on a holding statement mailed by the company’s shared registry to you.
